RED FEDORA BOOKS · RICHMOND, VIRGINIA
Contact
One address reaches us, and a person reads it.
What we answer
- A book that did not arrive, or a download link that will not open. Tell us the email address you bought with and we will resend it.
- Refunds and delivery questions. See the Digital Purchase and Refund Policy first; it probably answers you faster than we can.
- Teachers and librarians. The Teacher’s Satchel is free to print and use. If you need something it does not cover, ask.
- Press, reviews and review copies. Happy to send an EPUB to anyone genuinely intending to read it.
- Rights, translation and licensing.
- Privacy. Anything covered by the Privacy Policy, including a parent asking what we hold about their child. The honest answer is almost always “nothing”, but ask and we will tell you properly.
