Digital Purchase and Refund Policy
Red Fedora Books delivers purchased EPUB ebooks immediately by private email link. Please review this policy before requesting immediate delivery.
Immediate delivery
Before checkout, you must expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that once delivery or downloading begins, any applicable change-of-mind cancellation or withdrawal right ends. This acknowledgement does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
When purchases are final
Because an EPUB cannot be retrieved from a device after download, digital purchases are final once delivery or downloading begins, except in the circumstances below or where applicable law provides otherwise.
When we will help or refund
- A duplicate charge.
- The purchased EPUB was not delivered.
- The delivered file is corrupted or materially defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- The product was materially misdescribed.
- A refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
We may first resend the private link or provide a working replacement when that resolves the problem promptly.
Download access
Each private link expires after 72 hours and permits five downloads. Refunds and payment disputes revoke remaining download access. Revocation cannot remove copies already saved to a customer’s device.
Requesting help
Reply to your receipt or email publishing@redfedorabooks.com with the order email, book title, and a short description of the problem. We review exceptional requests individually.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
